Fall is one of our favorite seasons at Silverado. The light softens over the North and South Courses, the leaves begin to turn, and the Mansion looks its best against the hills. Karen has lived at Silverado for more than 30 years, and the stretch from harvest to the holidays is one of the best times to enjoy the community. Here’s a look at what’s new at the resort this season, from a new face in the Golf Shop to course improvements and Thanksgiving plans, plus a look at the Silverado homes and condos that sold this fall.
A New Head Golf Professional at Silverado
The Club at Silverado has welcomed Tucker Williams as its newest Head Golf Professional. He arrives as the agronomy team, led by Director of Agronomy Tyler Marcotte, wraps up a busy season of fall course work. If you’re out at the courses, stop by the Golf Shop and say hello.

Course Care and Improvements This Fall
It has been a productive autumn on the courses. Fall aerification on the South Course has run on schedule, and the North Course has recovered well after recent maintenance, with new grass coming in strongly.

The biggest project is on Hole 9 of the North Course. Crews are stabilizing the creek bank and hillside that winter storms eroded, so the area is ready for this winter’s rain. As of the club’s October 23 update, the work was going very well and was set to finish by the end of the following week.
On the South Course, the cart path between Holes 10 and 16 has reopened for golf carts, and the Hole 13 tee cart path has been restored. A water line connecting the clubhouse to the Grove, which crosses the golf course, has also been part of this fall’s infrastructure work. These projects aren’t glamorous, but they help keep both courses, and the property around them, in great shape for years to come.
Thanksgiving at Silverado Resort

On Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26, Silverado Resort hosts its Annual Thanksgiving Buffet from noon to 5:30 p.m. in the Silverado Ballroom and on the Fairway Deck. The resort promises a generous seasonal spread of farm-to-table favorites, holiday classics and Napa Valley wines. It’s an easy way to gather family and friends without anyone spending the day in the kitchen. Seating is limited, so reserve early at silveradoresort.com or by calling (707) 257-0200.
Silverado Real Estate News
Silverado is a small market, and each neighborhood behaves a little differently. A Clubhouse-area condo in the resort rental program, a gated Highlands estate and a custom home on Kaanapali Drive attract very different buyers, and views, location and whether a transferable club membership comes with the property all play a part.

That variety showed up in this fall’s sales. Five Silverado properties closed between September 1 and October 23, 2026: four condos and one single-family home. Prices ran from $725,000 for a one-bedroom condo near the Clubhouse to $2,075,000 for a five-bedroom home on Kaanapali Drive, with a median sale price of $1,070,000. We were especially happy to be part of one of them. Karen and Helo represented the buyers of 19 Tamarack Drive in Silverado Oaks, a three-bedroom condo that closed on October 20 at $1,850,000.
