Karen Magliocco is a Napa real estate broker who has lived at Silverado Resort for more than 30 years. She is a club member, played on the Silverado golf team for many years, and has been in real estate for more than 35 years. Silverado, from someone who lives here
Most of my work is at Silverado Country Club and Resort and in the city of Napa. Because I live here, I can tell you things a listing sheet can’t. I know which Cottage Drive units look straight down the North Course fairways, how the Grove’s separate bedroom entrances work in the rental program, why some buyers love the quiet of Creekside, and how a transferable club membership changes the math on a purchase. I help clients through the whole process, from the first tour to the membership transfer paperwork after close of escrow.
I’ve built my reputation on honesty, integrity and service. I believe in personal touches, win-win deals and positive results. I use current technology, market research and strategy to exceed my clients’ expectations, and a large share of my business comes from referrals from past clients.

What clients say
“We used Karen Magliocco’s services to sell our estate on Old Coach Road in Napa. She not only marketed our property perfectly but found the perfect buyer and we sold and closed within 60 days. This happened just before the downturn in the market and we were very fortunate to use Karen’s services. She also found our new home at Silverado Resort which fit our needs perfectly.”
“Even though this is a tough time to sell a home, you helped come up with the correct number to make a sale and it worked. We are extremely happy with your professional handling of the sale of our Silverado Springs home.”
“Karen and Helo Magliocco is by far the best real estate broker team with whom I’ve ever worked with. Extraordinary knowledge. Superb attitude. Always on top of their game.”
