Silverado Springs
Silverado Springs is a planned community of 97 homes with four floor plans. Three are single-story (about 2,156–2,314 sq ft) and one is two-story (about 2,922 sq ft). Built in 1989 and 1990, the homes have vaulted ceilings, wet bars in the family rooms and wood-burning fireplaces. The association owns two tennis courts, a pool, walking paths and two lakes with fountains, and it maintains the front yards. Owners take care of their own homes and back yards. Many buyers see it as a good balance between a condo and a custom estate.
The Highlands: Estates and Villas
Up the hill, the gated Highlands has two distinct collections. The 53 Estate homes run from about 3,477 to 7,000 sq ft across eight floor plans, some with valley views and some wooded. The 58 Villas have tile roofs, volume and coffered ceilings, large primary suites, and family rooms and guest quarters upstairs. The Highlands communities share a private pool. The Highlands was one of the areas hit hardest by the 2017 Atlas Fire, so some homes there are newer rebuilds. Ask us which ones.
The Crest, Kaanapali and Silver Trail
The Crest is a gated enclave of custom homes along Silverado’s eastern ridgeline with sweeping views over the golf courses and the western hills. Kaanapali Drive sits at the entrance to the residential community, between Milliken Creek and the South Course, so homes have a creekside or golf-course setting. Silver Trail has 35 custom homes along Milliken Creek off Atlas Peak Road, right next to the main resort.
The Original Residential Streets
Off Hillcrest and Westgate Drives, about 200 custom-built homes sit on generous, mature lots. No two are alike, and many have been remodeled or rebuilt. This is where you’ll find the widest range of styles and the most outdoor space at Silverado.
