Silverado Resort has seven condominium communities, from 176 studio-to-two-bedroom units around the historic Mansion to 31 three- and four-bedroom residences at The Grove. Four of them (Clubhouse, Cottage Drive, Oak Creek East and The Grove) can join Silverado Resort’s rental program. The Fairways uses its own rental program, and Creekside and Silverado Oaks are for owner use or long-term rentals.

Close to the Mansion: Clubhouse and Cottage Drive
If you want to walk to dinner, the spa and the first tee, start here. The Clubhouse condos are clustered around the Mansion. Some face park-like grounds, others look onto the association pool or the golf course. On Cottage Drive, most units overlook the first and second fairways of the North Course. Some have golf-cart garages and all have carport parking. Both areas are popular as getaways and with owners who want rental income through the resort.
Gated and Golf-Side: Fairways, Oak Creek East and The Grove
The Fairways is a gated community of two-bedroom, single-level condos with golf views. It’s a favorite with second-home owners who like the option of renting through the Fairways’ own program. Oak Creek East wraps around the 6th, 7th and 8th fairways of the South Course and is gated, with three pools and three tennis courts for owners and resort guests. The Grove is the most spacious condo option. Its residences sit around the 13th, 14th and 15th fairways of the South Course, and each bedroom was designed with its own entrance so it can be rented separately through the resort.
Quiet and Owner-Occupied: Creekside and Silverado Oaks
If you want neighbors who live here year-round, or a place without short-term guests coming and going, look at Creekside and Silverado Oaks. Both are gated and neither is part of the resort rental pool. Creekside sits under mature oaks, with some units beside Milliken Creek and others overlooking the 12th fairway of the North Course. As units change hands, many are being updated. Silverado Oaks has 38 two-story townhomes with a pool, a putting green and a nature path.
Before You Buy a Silverado Condo
- Membership: ask whether the unit comes with a transferable club membership. It affects your total cost. See how Silverado membership works.
- Rental rating: for rental-pool units, ask for the current condition rating (VIP or 1–4) and recent owner statements.
- HOA package: review the budget, reserves, master insurance policy and any planned assessments.
- Financing: lenders can treat condos in rental programs differently from owner-occupied units, so talk with your lender early.
